For over twenty five years Doug Heyl has worked on campaigns at the local, state, and federal level including managing five state wide campaigns, working on two Presidential campaigns and tours with both the DSCC and DCCC. Since 2004 Doug has produced media for winning campaigns in ten states including helping eleven women win races at the state and local level.

Mark Mitchell has been in the television business for over 30 years and the political media business for over 16. Mark started as a cinematographer and in 1996 founded Magic Box Editorial, a high-end editing, graphics and post house. Mark is our director of production.

Amy Mills is a Senior Media Strategist for LUC Media, Inc. our media buying partner. Amy has managed nearly $75 million in campaign media for LUC since joining the firm in 1998. Amy has been the principal buyer for multiple caucus programs and state wide campaigns.

Tim Kramer has been lending his broadcast production expertise to clients, agencies and production companies for the past twenty years. Tim’s unique experience with advertising agencies, as well as being at home on any film set lends an uncanny ability to complete projects on time and on budget. Tim was named ‘Producer of the year’ in 2000, by The American Federation of Television & Radio Artists.

Jennifer Grigas has helped raise millions of dollars for three state-wide campaigns, organized events with the President, Vice-President and First Lady of the United States and spearheaded two Jefferson Jackson Dinners for the Georgia Democratic Party.

Helped eleven Democrats in five red states survive the Republican wave of 2010.

Helped Iowa Senate Democrats keep control of their chamber as countless legislative chambers switched to Republican control.

In 2007 helped Mississippi Democrats regain a majority in the state senate.

In 2004, 2006 and 2008 helped the Iowa Democratic Senate Caucus go from a 29-21 seat minority to a 32-18 seat majority.

Produced media to help defeat eight incumbent Republican state senators.
